If something doesn’t match what was agreed, we’ll make it right through a revision, rework, or refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

You’re eligible for a refund if:
The delivered service does not meet the agreed project description.
A project was paid for but not initiated.
A duplicate payment occurred.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@hireresearchexpert.com with your order ID, payment details, and reason for the request.
We’ll respond within 24 hrs and review your case fairly.

Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of approval.


Exclusions

Refunds do not apply if:
Work has been completed and approved by the client.
A change of mind occurs after project delivery.
There is evidence of abuse or misuse of our services.
